At Oakland and San Jose International Airports (OAK / SJC), we offer a customs or baggage claim meet.  Our chauffeur will meet you at the customs exit if you are arriving on an international flight, or at the airline's baggage claim area if you are arriving domestically.  In either case, your chauffeur will escort you to your vehicle.  This additional service will cost $10.00 + parking for a Baggage Claim Meet, or $15.00 + parking for a Customs Meet. 

Intl Arrivals at San Jose Airport: Meet at baggage claim at original terminal (all international flights are bussed to customs and returned to baggage).  

PLEASE NOTE that we can usually still serve you with a reservation.  If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you should still call us.  Most of the time we can still accommodate you, with an approximate extra charge of $10.00 for immediate service.
